Uberflip Pages: Manage your pages

Follow

In this article, we’ll look at how to manage your pages over their life cycle, and how to archive them when the time comes.

Don't see Pages in your account yet?

Pages started rolling out in August 2023, but is not available in all accounts just yet. To ensure a smooth onboarding for all accounts, Pages is being rolled out slowly throughout the rest of 2023.

We understand that some users are keen to get their hands on this new feature. If you have any questions about the rollout, please reach out to your Account Manager, or Uberflip Support to discuss.

Browser restriction

In its initial release, Pages is only officially supported in the latest version of Chrome. Using other browsers at this time may result in a poor user experience. Further browser support will be added soon.

Manage pages

Log into Uberflip, and click Pages in the topbar menu.

You’ll now see the page management area of Uberflip, including a list of all of your team’s pages.

Note: This area is for landing pages made in Uberflip’s Pages feature only. Legacy Stream and Hub pages are not managed here.Screen Shot 2023-07-26 at 11.32.24 AM.png

For each page in the list you’ll see:

  • A page thumbnail placeholder
  • The internal page names
  • The page owner
  • The URL slug (if it’s been published to one)
  • The current page status

Page statuses

There are 4 statuses a page can be in:

  • Draft Screen Shot 2023-07-26 at 11.57.07 AM.png
A page in Draft status is not published online. Any changes you make will be saved automatically, but not published to the web.
  • Unpublished changes Screen Shot 2023-07-26 at 12.10.25 PM.png
A page with an Unpublished Changes status is a page that is published, but recent changes have been made. In this case, the new changes are not available to page visitors yet. You'll need to republish the page for the pending changes to be live for your visitors.
  • Published Screen Shot 2023-07-26 at 11.56.14 AM.png
In a Published state, the page and all of its changes are currently live for visitors to see. There have been no changes made since it was last published.
  • Archived  Screen Shot 2023-07-26 at 11.57.46 AM.png
An archived page is no longer available online to view. It can’t be edited or viewed internally either. It can however be restored to a draft status at any time.
