What it is

Bounce indicates if a visitor takes an action during their session.

An Uberflip visitor is considered bounced if all of the following are true:

  • Only 1 page viewed
  • No Form CTA Submitted
  • No Link CTA Clicked

Purpose

A bounce is the clearest indication of visitor engagement.
Google Analytics Equivalent

Google Analytics visitors are considered bounced if all the following are true:

  • Only 1 page viewed
  • No custom event fired (depends on implementation)

 

Bounce Rate

Data Type: Calculated

Description: An average of the bounce rate percentages.

Description: A sum of total bounces.
