If you're a Sales Assist admin, you can view stats on how your team and their Sales Assist generated Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) are doing. This article will show you how.
Before you begin
The Analytics section outlined in this article is only available to Sales Assist admins. If you're not an admin, you won't see the Analytics section in Sales Assist. If you need access to these stats, contact your account admin and ask to become a Sales Assist admin.
View DSR engagement stats across the team
As a Sales Assist admin, you can see how your team's shares are performing across the board.
- Click Analytics in the top menu bar of Sales Assist on a full screen device (hidden in small windows and the Sales Assist extension)
- Use the filters in the top right to filter by day range, user group (if you've set those up), or by a single sales rep
- Select the Account Engagement tab
Across the top of the dashboard you'll see a summary of the share activity within your filtered range.
Below that you'll find a table showing all the share stats for your team, group, or rep. This includes:
- Rank (based on engagement score)
- Content Shared
- Share Token
- Created date
- By Rep
- To Account/prospect
- # of People
- # of Sessions
- # of Page Views
- For (Time viewed)
- Engagement Score
Search and sort the table as needed. Below the table you'll find options to copy the table data to your clipboard, or download it as a CSV.
Drill deeper into Account Engagement stats
To drill into a share's stats and event logs, click the share token, or another data point in the table.
Click the Rep or the Account/Prospect to filter the table to shares created by that rep or for that prospect.
View team activity stats
See your team's activity stats all in one place. This includes:
- How many Items and DSRs each team member created
- How many accounts each team member has engaged
- Each team members overall engagement score
- and more
Here's how:
- Click Analytics in the top menu bar of Sales Assist on a full screen device (hidden in small windows and the Sales Assist extension)
- Use the filters in the top right to filter by day range, user group (if you've set those up), or by a single sales rep
- Select the App Usage Per Rep tab

In the App Usage Per Rep table, you can click on the following data points to see more details:
- Rooms Created
- Items Created
- Video Popups Added
