What is an Uberflip Help account?
Uberflip Help is our help center. You're in it right now! This is where you can find our knowledge resources, like how-to and troubleshooting articles, as well as submit support requests if you need help.
An Uberflip Help account lets you to sign in to our help center to access additional functionality. With an Uberflip Helps account, you can:
- View and manage your own support requests, both current and past (if enabled, you can also manage requests submitted by others in your organization — contact your Uberflip representative to learn more)
- Comment on articles to leave feedback or ask questions
- Follow articles so that you're automatically notified if they're updated
- Get access to pre-release articles if you're participating in a beta or early access program
I already have an Uberflip account — can I just use that?
You use your Uberflip account to sign into the Uberflip app at app.uberflip.com. This is a different type of account than an Uberflip Help account, which is used to sign in to our help center at help.uberflip.com.
As a result, you can't sign in to Uberflip Help with your Uberflip account: to sign in here, you'll need to register separately for an Uberflip Help account.
Do I need an Uberflip Help account?
Registering for an Uberflip Help account is completely optional. Signing up for an account simply gives you access to some extra functionality in our help center.
Even if you do not have an Uberflip Help account, you'll still be able to submit support requests and browse our knowledge base without any restrictions.
How do I get an Uberflip Help account?
To get started, just click on Sign in in the top right of any page in the help center:
What you do next depends on whether you've contacted us before:
If you've contacted us in the past, you an Uberflip Help account has been created for you automatically. To use it, you just have to finish setting it up:
- Click on Get a password:
- Enter the email you used to contact us, then click on Submit:
- You should receive an email within a few minutes. Just click on the link in the email to choose a password for your account and complete the registration.
If you haven't gotten in touch with us yet, you'll need to sign up for a new account:
- Click on Sign up:
- Type in your name and email (make sure you use your work email!) and check the box in the CAPTCHA field, then click on the Sign up button:
- You should receive an email within a few minutes. Just click on the link in the email to choose a password for your account and complete the registration.
Once you've registered for your account, you'll be able to sign in to Uberflip Help at any time by simply clicking on Sign in in the top right again.
