Change Your Billing Email

If you need to change the email address at which your organization receives billing-related emails (such as invoices), you can do so at any time.


 

Before you begin

  • Only the Primary User of the Uberflip account can update an organization's billing email.

 

Change your organization's email address for billing

  1. Log in to your Uberflip account.
  2. In the top right corner, hover the mouse over your name to expand the menu, then click on Account Settings to go to your My Profile page.

  3. In the sidebar menu on the left, the Account section should already be expanded. Click on Billing Details & Invoices here.

  4. You'll see your billing details on the right, including your current billing email:

  5. To change the email address that billing-related communications are sent to, just type the new email into the field, then click on Save.

  6. Need to have emails sent to multiple addresses? Add more than one address by separating them with commas. Don't forget to hit Save!
