If you need to change the email address at which your organization receives billing-related emails (such as invoices), you can do so at any time.
Before you begin
- Only the Primary User of the Uberflip account can update an organization's billing email.
Change your organization's email address for billing
- Log in to your Uberflip account.
- In the top right corner, hover the mouse over your name to expand the menu, then click on Account Settings to go to your My Profile page.
- In the sidebar menu on the left, the Account section should already be expanded. Click on Billing Details & Invoices here.
- You'll see your billing details on the right, including your current billing email:
- To change the email address that billing-related communications are sent to, just type the new email into the field, then click on Save.
- Need to have emails sent to multiple addresses? Add more than one address by separating them with commas. Don't forget to hit Save!
